Isabella De la Vera founded Lucky Baby with a mission close to her heart — to bridge the gap between international families living in Milan and the trusted domestic support they need to feel at home.
Having experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating a new city while managing a household, Isabella built Lucky Baby on the values of trust, warmth, and professionalism. Every staff member is personally vetted, trained, and matched to each family's unique needs.
Today, Lucky Baby serves expats, tourists, and local families across Milan — offering services in English, Italian, and Filipino so that language is never a barrier to great care.
